UX Designer - accessibility review (Virginia Beach, VA)

Foxglove Pine Pharma develops and makes medicines in Virginia Beach, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 554 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in batch records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
