UX Designer - accessibility review (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wilder Insurance Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in policy renewals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
