UX Designer - accessibility review (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Health Group and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
