UX Designer - accessibility review (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Ember Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Tulsa with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in pricing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
