UX Designer - accessibility review (Tulsa, OK)

Redstone Drift Health is a healthcare provider in Tulsa with clinics and support teams, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
