UX Designer - accessibility review (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Hollow Arts Center is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around event logistics that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
