What you will do
• Maintain a small design system of reusable components.
• Design for tasks around food distribution that people do under time pressure.
• Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people.
• Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails.
• Work with developers so designs ship as intended.
What we are looking for

• Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
• Comfort with Figma or a similar tool.
Nice to have
• Experience running usability tests.
• Background in food distribution.
Working arrangement
• Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
