UX Designer - accessibility review (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Basin Banking Services and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in loan files. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
