UX Designer - accessibility review (Toledo, OH)

Bright Union Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Toledo, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
