UX Designer - accessibility review (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood West Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Tampa with a full calendar of events, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around visitor services that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in visitor services. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
