UX Designer - accessibility review (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Corner Insurance is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 937 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
