UX Designer - accessibility review (Tampa, FL)

Foxglove Orchard Health is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
