UX Designer - accessibility review (Tampa, FL)

Clearpath Summit Learning Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in enrolment. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
