UX Designer - accessibility review (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Haven Financial is a financial-services company in Tampa, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around payment disputes that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in payment disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
