UX Designer - accessibility review (Tampa, FL)

Rivermark Press is a printer and publisher in Tampa serving local and national clients, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around print quotes that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in print quotes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
