UX Designer - accessibility review (Tampa, FL)

Summit Quarry Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Tampa presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around ticketing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in ticketing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
