UX Designer - accessibility review (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Rowan Banking Services is a community-focused bank in St. Louis serving households and small businesses, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
