UX Designer - accessibility review (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Nest Community Partners runs community programmes across St. Louis, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in benefits enrolment.
