UX Designer - accessibility review (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Vista Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around St. Louis. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around licensing records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in licensing records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
