UX Designer - accessibility review (Spokane, WA)

Harborlight Cobalt Markets is a Spokane retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
