UX Designer - accessibility review (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Drift Health Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 693 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in patient scheduling. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
