UX Designer - accessibility review (Savannah, GA)

Bright River Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Savannah. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
