UX Designer - accessibility review (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Summit Fox Medical and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
