UX Designer - accessibility review (San Jose, CA)

Bluepeak Granite Financial serves customers across San Jose with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 676 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around vendor spend that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in vendor spend. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
