UX Designer - accessibility review (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Ivory Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in San Jose, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 365 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
