UX Designer - accessibility review (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Junction Community Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 261 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around client intake that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in client intake. • Experience running usability tests.
