UX Designer - accessibility review (San Jose, CA)

Highbridge Drift Health runs clinics and patient services around San Jose. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around insurance authorisations that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in insurance authorisations. • Experience running usability tests.
