UX Designer - accessibility review (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Lakeside Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Salt Lake City, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
