UX Designer - accessibility review (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Haven Medical is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinical evaluations that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in clinical evaluations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
