UX Designer - accessibility review (Salt Lake City, UT)

Lumen Fox Pharma develops and makes medicines in Salt Lake City, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a large organisation of about 785 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinical studies that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
