UX Designer - accessibility review (Salt Lake City, UT)

Lumen Kestrel Financial is a financial-services company in Salt Lake City, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around loan applications that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
