UX Designer - accessibility review (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Timber Pharma and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
