UX Designer - accessibility review (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Salt Lake City, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory submissions that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in regulatory submissions. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
