UX Designer - accessibility review (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ashton Banking Services and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Design for tasks around branch operations that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
