UX Designer - accessibility review (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Wilder Markets is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
