UX Designer - accessibility review (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ashton Health and adding a UX Designer whose main responsibility will be accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
