UX Designer - accessibility review (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Amber Pharma develops and makes medicines in Richmond. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
