UX Designer - accessibility review (Reno, NV)

Silverline Meadow Press Group is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around bindery work that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
