UX Designer - accessibility review (Reno, NV)

Foxglove Pike Markets serves neighbourhoods around Reno with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around pricing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
