UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Greenridge River Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Raleigh with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around online orders that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
