UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Highbridge Corner Insurance is an insurance company in El Paso with claims and service teams, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around claims that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in claims. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
