UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Silverline Wilder Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around batch records that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
