UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Clearpath Sable Community Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
