UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Redstone Wilder Press is a printer and publisher in Miami serving local and national clients, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around bindery work that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in bindery work. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
