UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Harborlight Granite Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around San Diego, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review.
You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management.
What you will do
• Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people.
• Audit screens for accessibility and readability.
• Work with developers so designs ship as intended.
• Maintain a small design system of reusable components.
• Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure.
What we are looking for
• Care for plain language and accessibility.
• Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
• Comfort with Figma or a similar tool.
• A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens.
Nice to have
• Experience running usability tests.
• Background in cleanroom operations.
Working arrangement
• Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
• Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego.
• We reply to every applicant.
