UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Greenridge Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Omaha area, and we need a UX Designer to lead our accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around attendance records that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in attendance records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
