UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Highbridge Pine Pharma develops and makes medicines in El Paso. We are hiring a UX Designer to take on accessibility review. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around cleanroom operations that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in cleanroom operations. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
