UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Amberfield Vista Community Partners is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 403 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around client intake that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
