UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)

Rivermark Vista Press · Remote · full time

Rivermark Vista Press is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Design for tasks around bindery work that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
