UX Designer - accessibility review (remote)
Amberfield Cobalt Pharma · Remote · contract
Amberfield Cobalt Pharma is looking for a UX Designer. The job centres on accessibility review for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work.
People move between science and operations roles.
What you will do
• Work with developers so designs ship as intended.
• Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people.
• Maintain a small design system of reusable components.
• Audit screens for accessibility and readability.
• Design for tasks around regulatory filings that people do under time pressure.
What we are looking for
• Two or more years of UX or product design experience.
• A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens.
• Care for plain language and accessibility.
• Comfort with Figma or a similar tool.
Nice to have
• Experience running usability tests.
• Background in regulatory filings.
Working arrangement
• Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension.
• Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach.
• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
